Alexis is Inflexion Advisor's Director of Operations and brings over 20 years of business administration experience.  She is an expert in state and federal government policy interpretation and has successfully managed front and back office administrative functions for both private clients and organizations such as the Chesterfield County Public Schools.  Alexis' extensive counseling experience includes working with families from different countries and assisting parents who have children with special needs.  

Alexis was born in Caracas, Venezuela and lived throughout the Caribbean, South America, and Canada. She is fluent in Spanish and American Sign language. She has a Bachelors degree in Education and Psychology from Rollins College, a Masters degree in Education of the Hearing Impaired from Gallaudet University, and has completed advanced coursework in Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University.
