As Chief Research Officer of Inflexion Advisors, Yasha guides clients to critical decision points by leveraging research models and analytical frameworks.  With over thirteen years of experience in research, strategic consulting and human resources, Yasha has developed and deployed best practice insights and solutions for hundreds of Global 1000 firms.

Prior to Inflexion, Yasha served as Research Director for Corporate Executive Board (CEB).  In this role, Yasha guided functional executives toward behavioral and strategic changes based on research insights derived from hypothesis-based, root-cause analysis of economic drivers.  Yasha also managed global operations and communications for one of CEB’s largest business units, coordinating seven product lines and their client relationships.

Yasha’s clients benefit from her extensive experience in the global human resources field. Her contributions as a senior HR practitioner, service provider, and consultant have resulted in over $2B of value in the compensation and HR outsourcing fields. Her prior employers include Convergys Corporation, Callidus Software, Kadiri/Worksteam, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Baxter Healthcare.

Yasha holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Kalamazoo College. In her spare time, Yasha can be found running, spinning music or providing pro-bono consulting services for fashion entrepreneurs.
