		<description>I agree wholeheartedly Webconomist.  If one were to peer the onion at nearly every major research and listing service, you'd likely find inherent conflicts of interest that clearly would bias the results.  This problem crosses all industry boundaries.</description>

		<description>I think this endemic across many industry sectors, not just HRO. In the tech world it's perhaps worse since many "technology news shows" are all sponsor driven; you pay $20,000 for 2-3 minutes of being "interviewed" and you get Web time later. Buying a place on lists and industry rankings is done in all consulting sectors - he with the most sponsor cash wins. It's not nice, and not necessarily fair and the line of keeping "financial" separate was, in my opinion, blurred a long time ago across many industries. Unfortunate.</description>
