Inflexion founder Mark Stelzner was recently featured in the spring edition of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) publication, Staffing Management Magazine. This quarterly publication included a feature article on The Effect of High-Tech Solutions and Social Networking on the Recruiting Process.

SHRM workforce trends and forecasting specialist Joseph Coombs cited Stelzner, including his belief that:

"Technology can be a great friend to you, or a terrible impediment. If you're relying on it completely for communication, it can only go so far." (page 6)
