Mark Stelzner (top)
Mark is the founder of Inflexion Advisors, bringing fifteen years of experience in the implementation of internal and external transformational initiatives for public and private sector clientele worldwide. Over his career, Mark has brought over $2.5 billion worth of value to his clients and employers.
Prior to Inflexion, Mark co-founded and served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for EquaTerra Public Sector, a leading sourcing advisory and consulting firm. Previously, Mark was Senior Director of Global Alliances and Channel Management for Convergys Employee Care. Mark's prior experience includes Business Development Director positions at Workscape and Workstream (formerly Kadiri), as well as consulting to organizations such as Fannie Mae, WebMD and Biogen Idec. Mark also successfully co-founded a workforce effectiveness firm, whose platform was applied to Department of Energy labs, Federal contractors and strategic Department of Defense assets.
Mark is an active member of several industry associations as well as a presenter at many of their annual conferences, including ICMA, NASPE, IHRIM, SHRM and The Conference Board. He has also served as an invited speaker to a number of public assemblies, including the Office of Management and Budget's Acquisition Advisory Panel.

Darrell Lauterbach (top)
Darrell is a principal of Inflexion Advisors, bringing fifteen years of experience in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, global finance and entrepreneurial development. Darrell has structured, negotiated and integrated more than $2.2 billion of acquisitions and financings throughout the United States, Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
Prior to Inflexion, Darrell served as Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Global Development Partners, LLC. Previously, Darrell served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Convergys Corporation and subsequently Chief Financial Officer for Convergys Employee Care, managing all aspects of the firm's record financial growth. Darrell's prior experience includes corporate and business development executive positions with Golden Telecom, taking the leading Russian services provider through a successful IPO. Darrell began his career as a corporate law and civil litigation attorney.

Dr. Shannon Flumerfelt (top)
Shannon is a principal of Inflexion Advisors, bringing nearly thirty years of experience in leadership development, transformational learning processes and organizational efficiency. Shannon has applied her theories to the practicum of secondary and higher educational institutions, state agencies and private organizations across the United States.
In addition to Inflexion, Shannon serves as Assistant Professor to Oakland University's Educational Leadership Department. With specific emphasis on scholarship, teaching, and service, Shannon deployed the first online graduate degree program for the institution. Prior roles include Principal to Bloomfield Hills, site coordinator for the American Institutes of Research, and educational administrator for Macomb and Bloomfield Hills secondary schools. Shannon has published and co-published more than thirty distinct articles across her areas of expertise and is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and events. Shannon also serves as editor to the internationally circulated E-Journal of Organizational Learning and Leadership.
Shannon earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Curriculum, Instruction and Leadership from Oakland University, her Master of Arts in Education from Michigan State University, and her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.
